On a GLP-1? Make this time about more than the scale.

Build strength, nourish well, move in ways that work for you, and create healthy habits that become part of your life.

You may already know what to do. Coaching helps you make it work in your life.

A GLP-1 can create meaningful changes in appetite, weight, and the way you think about food. It can also create an opportunity to look beyond the number on the scale and consider what you want your health to look like going forward.

Health coaching gives you a place to explore your wellness goals and recognize what is already going well. You are the expert in your health, your life, your resources, and your challenges. You decide where you want to go, and I serve as a guide—helping you build on your strengths and move toward what matters to you.

Maybe you have recommendations from your healthcare provider that you want to put into practice. Maybe you want more strength, energy, or confidence to live a fuller life. Coaching helps you turn those intentions into realistic action, at your pace, until new choices begin to feel like part of the way you live.

This isn't about being handed another list of things you should be doing. It's about figuring out what works for you.

What can we work on together?

Clarify what matters to you

Define what you want this chapter of your health to look like—not simply what you want to weigh, but what you want your health to support in your life.

Find your own approach to nutrition, strength, and movement

There is no single routine that works for everyone. We look at your preferences, priorities, circumstances, schedule, and goals to find approaches that make sense for you.

Turn what you already know into action

Knowing that protein, movement, sleep, hydration, or strength training matter is different from consistently fitting them into real life. Together, we create practical routines you can actually use.

Work through what gets in the way

Changing appetite, busy weeks, motivation, setbacks, competing priorities, travel, family responsibilities—real life doesn't stop because you have a health goal. Coaching gives you a place to problem-solve and adjust rather than abandon what matters to you.

Build confidence in habits that can last

As you experiment, learn what works, and follow through on your own decisions, healthy choices can become increasingly natural and part of the way you live.

Knowing what to do is one thing. Making it work in your real life is another.

Coaching works alongside your medical care

  • Your prescribing clinician remains responsible for your medication and medical care, including medication decisions, dosing, side effects, testing, and other clinical concerns.

  • My role as your health coach is different.

  • I help you translate your health goals and healthcare-provider recommendations into practical, sustainable action in everyday life.

  • That might mean working on nourishment with a changing appetite, protecting time for strength and movement, creating routines, improving follow-through, identifying barriers, or deciding what you want to focus on next.

  • Coaching complements your medical care—it does not replace it.

We start with the bigger picture

  • Your coaching begins with a 90-minute Foundation Session.

  • Before jumping immediately into goals and action steps, we take time to understand where you are now and where you want to go.

  • We'll explore your health and lifestyle, your priorities, your strengths, the areas where you would like support, and your vision for the life you want your health to make possible.

  • From there, we identify meaningful goals and create an initial plan based on your priorities.

  • The goal isn't for me to decide what you should do.

  • It's for us to uncover what matters to you and create a path forward that works in your life.
